Dana White Hits Out At Media For Not Supporting His Endeavor To Bring Back Sports

Dana White shares a telling video that showcases the media hostility he encountered for initiating the resurrection of sports.

It has been a year when every industry took a hit. The financial losses crept in, layoffs became a routine, medical structure endured severe hurls, and when it comes to sports then there came a brief period when everything stood still.

It was a time when every major sports association recognized the risk and thus a shut-down became inevitable. However, in that stretch when the going got tough, Dana White and UFC decided to pioneer and bring the sporting world back to its feet.

In the wake of heeps of positive cases that were pilling-up each day, the media and many experts of varied fields weren’t receptive to Dana White’s intent. But, despite receiving all he flak the UFC president remained obstinate with his go-getter approach, and thus with UFC 249 in May the sporting operations resumed.

Now, after 7 months of continuity, which witnessed eradication of skeptics early on and unprecedented growth of UFC throughout, it could be concluded that Dana White’s leap of faith has reaped incredible results. However, it seems the promoter of MMA’s top-flight did not forget the criticism that he became a subject of. And hence apparently keeping that in mind he has shared a visual representation for his naysayers.

Dana White Hits Out At Media For Not Supporting His Earlier Endeavour To Bring Back Sports

“Never listen to the media,” that’s what Dana White has reiterated several times in 2020. Which perhaps is the message that he apparently wants to transmit with a clip that he shared on his social media handles.

In 2020 everything fell into place for UFC and now as 2021 approaches, the organization would be looking forward to many more feet to achieve, and with Dana White, at the helm evidently adversity can also turn into an opportunity.
