UFC Bantamweight champion Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling engage in a Twitter tussle ahead of their fight at UFC 259
In the run-up to UFC 259, Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling engaged in a heated one-to-one on Twitter. UFC 259 is set to take place on March 6, 2021.
Just two weeks are remaining for the one of two marquee events of March to get on. UFC 259 is one of the most anticipated Pay-Per-View events of the recent past and considering the card it carries it may turn out to become the PPV of the year.
While three championships will be on the line at the event, it is the Bantamweight encounter between Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling, that has an intriguing build-up out of all.
Over the past 6 months, the two have indulged in a number of Twitter fallouts and now with a fortnight left for the D-Day to arrive, the champion challenger duo once again engaged in a quarrel on the micro-blogging platform.

Petr Yan Vs. Aljamain Sterling: Who Will Enter As The Favorite?
Both the fighters have an impressive record to showcase and both are dominant forces of the 135-pound division, which hints that it is going to be an evenly contested fight. However, the oddsmakers have given the current titleholder Petr Yan the favorite’s tag, thus making him the holder of the psychological advantage as well. But, it is a general realization that odds become invalid in the ring, and whoever makes better adjustments prevails eventually.
