Will Deebo Samuel Play Against The Seahawks? 49ers Issue Injury Report
Coach Kyle Shanahan of the San Francisco 49ers had little information regarding injury updates for significant players like receiver Deebo Samuel on Monday morning when he spoke with reporters.
Samuel, who is renowned for being tough and talented, left Sunday’s 35-7 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second quarter with what appeared to be a leg injury.

When Samuel left the game in the second quarter on a cart and did not come back, his predicament appeared more precarious. However, when initial tests revealed no broken bones, the Niners hoped the injury wasn’t as severe as anticipated.

Samuel is still undergoing additional tests to determine the extent of their wounds. After several anxious hours at 49ers headquarters, they received the news that could only be viewed positively following what appeared to be a devastating Sunday for injuries.
However, it’s now possible that Samuel, who has problems with his knee and ankle, will return before the season is over. Samuel, according to the team, sprained both his left ankle and his medial collateral ligament in his left knee. Although there were no broken bones, he will be out for a while and is “expected to return at some point during the regular season.”
The 49ers have four games left, so the wild card round would probably be the earliest return. The 49ers are unlikely to catch the 12-1 Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC standings because they only have one bye in each conference. The week following the regular season’s conclusion is when they will play in the first round. Perhaps then Deebo Samuel will return to the field.
